Pole Dance & Fitness
Pole dance and fitness includes static and spinning pole, as well as choreography, floor work, and more! Classes range from 45 minutes to one hour depending on number of students and ability level.
Static Pole
Static pole is great for really getting a grip on beautiful postures and to work on transitions for flawless sequences where you constantly find shapes while moving!
Beginner: learn grips, and basic climbing, different variations of spins, as well as classic invert postures such as inside leg hang, outside leg hang.
Intermediate: fit different poses and sequences together that you have already learned, while continually moving on the pole! Learn double spins, drops, combinations, and climbs, such as side climbing, aerial straddle, shoulder mount and and different splits like Jade, Allegra modifications and more.
Advanced: for students who can invert easily, learn advanced reverse climbing and poses like ayesha cup and twisted grip, dragon tail, shoulder mount splits, as well as hands-free drops, and more!

Spin Pole
For students who have already learn the basics on static pole and feel some kind of confidence with the apparatus. Dizziness is normal and very common. But body and nervous system is able to adapt to the spinning movement. The most effective way is to practice spinning regularly.
Beginner: Holding to a spinning pole is usually a bit harder than holding to a static pole. Because of the centrifugal forces, your hands may start sliding quicker. Student will learn the basics to climbing and inverting while spinning. And start building strength and conditioning for spinning with the beginner pole dance spins
Intermediate: Spinning is perfect for exploring shapes, combinations and flowing between them. Start creating pretty combos low on the pole, before you move higher. Learn how to move into additional sequences, such as inside to outside side leg hangs and shoulder mount lifts to brass monkey and more
Advanced: work on ways to continue spinning at top speeds even while going through open positions, such as superman to shoulder mounts. Move higher on the pole
Choreography:
For all levels. Learn how to put together the moves you have learned. Combos should have flow with transitions that connect movements to tell a story. With music that are familiar students will work from the lyrics to find emotion, movements and combos that shows this emotion.
